Fast Forward Direct began in 2004 with David Nichols as the owner and director operating out of south Lincolnshire.
The USP then was to be the courier of choice for price and reliability. This attitude has interlaced everything we have done since.
The company changed owners in 2015 with Mario & Amanda Chappell taking over and we now work with a fleet of more than 1,000 couriers across the country. We can usually collect within a 60-minute window from around our operating areas. We care about our couriers trying to ensure a fair day’s pay for their work but throughout all of this we all have one common aim – customer satisfaction.
